Ordering Information

For organisations that do not wish to order via our on-line web site CM Scientific Ryefield (EU) Ltd. can accept purchase orders by fax, email or telephone - please see our Contact Us page for details.

To ensure that orders can be completed efficiently and accurately please include the following information with your order:

• Purchase Order Number or reference
• Delivery Address
• Invoice Address
• Product Code and Description
• Order quantity
• Contact Name and Telephone number
• VAT Number - for EU member countries

Minimum Order Value

CM Scientific Ryefield (EU) Ltd. has a minimum order value of EURO €30.00.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in EURO € and exclude Republic of Ireland VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted, details of delivery charges are given below. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via PayPal. Our prices are reviewed periodically.

VAT is charged at the standard Republic of Ireland rate on all online orders for Ireland and EU customers. EU customers please enter your organisations VAT number during the checkout process, once verified CM Scientific will refund the VAT portion of your paymnet back to the credit card used to make the purchase. For EU customers that do not enter a valid VAT number when placing their online order our sales department will contact you by email to request this. Once the VAT number is verified CM Scientific will refund the VAT portion of your paymnet back to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Delivery Charges

Postage and packing cost for deliveries to Ireland are EURO €15.00 + VAT per order. For small parcels, delivery to most European addresses is charged at a rate of EURO €25.00 plus VAT at the appropriate Republic of Ireland rate. Due the fragile nature and weight of the products that we supply additional shipping charges may apply. CM Scientific will confirm any additional shipping charges prior to the dispatch of any order.

Delivery Times and Methods

Due to on-going global supply chain issues we cannot guarantee that products ordered online are in stock at the time of ordering. You will be contacted with information on the estimated delivery time if there is any delay in the shipment of your order.

For deliveries within Ireland most deliveries are sent via courier (DPD), a signature is required.

For International deliveries most deliveries are sent via DPD, this is a fully tracked service and a signature is required for delivery. We are unable to guarantee the delivery date for any shipment. Unless agreed with the customer in advance CM Scientific Ryefield (EU) Ltd will determine the shipment method to be used.

Payment Method

Subject to approval, our standard terms for Purchase Orders are net 30 days from invoice. An invoice will be posted once an order has been dispatched. We can accept payment by bank transfer (full details are included on our invoices) or by credit/debit card.

For new customers CM Scientific Ryefield (EU) Ltd. reserves the right to ask for a satisfactory completed Credit Account Application prior to accepting any order to be invoiced.
